Your Home search – Your Home away from Home
Our Home search package is designed to provide our clients with every assistance they may require in the pre-rental, rental and post-rental phases of relocation.
These services include the registration & processing of your request; collection from your hotel or company address to take you to the selected properties, advice on all aspects of renting and buying, leases and deeds, negotiations, and the supply of settling-in assistance such as check-ins etc.
Our conditions of business
We are contracted by you or your employer to provide you with one of the following services:
- Home search package: based on “no cure, no pay”. Once we have found you the home you are looking for, our Home search Fee is equal to one month’s rent
- Order of purchase: fees are subject to negotiation
