We will negotiate on your behalf and will only take steps with your (written) approval.
Legality
Are you familiar with Dutch law? We are!
After a deal is done we check all the paperwork and the content of the Rental Agreement.
Not all rental agreements favor you as tenant and merely address the interests of the owner. Certain contracts are offered by not qualified agencies and are in turn not always legal.
We know what to look out for and we know how to protect your interests!
Check-in and check-out
On the pre-arranged date when your property is delivered to you, Renthouse International will be present to assist you for the official check-in, along with the other agent and sometimes the owner. A delivery report will be drawn up and photos taken of the whole property. This process usually takes just under one hour. We also offer services helping you sign up for utilities.
Renthouse International will also be present at check-out.
Support
Renthouse International is there to advise and support you during the entire rental period. We possess all the legal knowledge and have access to all the major legal firms.
